Bucknell Men's Basketball Banquet Set for May 2

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Bucknell men's basketball team will host its annual end-of-year banquet on Sunday, May 2 at 1 p.m. The event will take place in the Terrace Room, located on the second floor of the Elaine Langone Center on campus.
Cost of the banquet is $20 and includes a buffet lunch. For more information, or to reserve a seat, please contact Thomas Joyce at 570-577-3552. The banquet is open to the public, and payment at the door will be accepted.
Head coach Dave Paulsen will offer his remarks on the 2009-10 season, and the coaching staff will announce this year's team award winners. Each year the program hands out the Benton A. Kribbs Award (team MVP), the Malcolm E. Musser Award for leadership, the Thomas A. Thompson Award for spirit, intensity and outstanding defensive play and the Coaches Award.
Among the returning award winners in attendance will be Patrick Behan (2009 Kribbs), Darryl Shazier (2009 Musser), Stephen Tyree (2008 Thompson) and Bryan Cohen (2009 Thompson).
Paulsen will also name the winner of the 2010 Backcourt Club Award, presented to an individual outside the program who has made outstanding contributions to Bison Basketball.
The afternoon will be capped off with a viewing of the 2009-10 team highlight video.
