Bucknell Women's Water Polo Notebook (9-7, 1-0 CWPA)
• Bucknell is the lone member of the CWPA Southern Division with a league win this season, having defeated George Washington 11-8 earlier this month in Washington, D.C.
• Bucknell is coming off a 3-2 trip to California over Spring Break. The Bison's two losses were to top-15 opponents UC Santa Barbara and UC Irvine.
• Bucknell's win at George Washington on March 11 marked the 200th victory in program history. The Bison are now 203-169 (.546) all-time. Including his time as an assistant coach, interim head coach and now head coach, John Abdou has been on the pool deck for 91 of those victories since first arriving at Bucknell in 2006.
• This coming weekend is the second of two Bucknell is at home this year. The Bison went 3-1 during February's Bison Invitational and are 43-16 (.729) all-time at Kinney Natatorium.
• Five of Bucknell's final six regular-season contests are against league opponents Princeton, George Washington and Maryland. The Bison will also face nationally ranked Hartwick on Wednesday, April 7, at Kinney Natatorium. It is a rare midweek home game for the Bison, who typically play on the weekends.
• Bucknell has gone a combined 10-2 the last two years against conference foes. The Bison are 12-2 in their last 14 regular-season league games against fellow Southern Division foes.
• Valentina Rozas enters this weekend one point shy of becoming the third Bison to tally 300 career points. She has piled up 214 goals and 85 assists in her four-year career. Kandis Canonica is not far behind with 291 points, including a program-record 152 assists.
• Kandis Canonica and Amanda Skonezney are the only two Bison to start all 16 games this year. Twelve different players have started at least three contests this season.
• Amanda Skonezney is the only Bison to win a sprint this year. The sophomore is 21-for-63, while the rest of the team is 0-for-5.
• Kandis Canonica has scored at least one point in all 16 games this year and has an 18-game point-scoring streak dating back to 2009. Rozas has also scored in all 16 games this year and 20 in a row overall.
• Alison Carter is just 27 saves shy of her 2009 total while playing 10 fewer games. She has tallied eight double-figure save performances this year and is now over 600 saves in her career, good for third on the program's all-time list. Her .519 save percentage is slightly higher than her career .516.
• Bucknell's freshmen (Krystle Morgan, Tara Murao, Erica White, Shannon Carroll) have combined for 31 goals and 19 assists this season.
• Hallie Kennan is Bucknell's leading scorer with a career-high 32 goals. She has registered six consecutive multi-point outings.
• Junior Haley Prickett posted her best game of the 2010 season last time out against No. 13 UC Irvine as she scored a season-high three goals, drew a season-high three ejections and recorded two steals.
• Bucknell's opening game of the weekend will be against No. 19 Princeton. The Bison are 0-5 against ranked opponents this season and have lost seven in a row overall to ranked foes.
