Bucknell Women's Cross Country Leads Patriot League with 22 Academic Honor Roll Selections

LEWISBURG, Pa. - For the second consecutive year, Bucknell women's cross country led the way with 22 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll selections, the league announced on Thursday. Kelly Desharnais (Sandown, N.H./Timberlane Regional), Allison Janda (Plymouth, Mich./Plymouth Salem), Gabrielle Skovira (Park Ridge, N.J./Park Ridge) and Caroline Tolli (Lockport, N.Y./Lockport) each finished the fall semester with perfect 4.0 grade-point averages.
The Bison's 22 student-athletes on the honor roll were the most of any Patriot League school. Lehigh was second with 15 selections. Bucknell's four runners with GPAs of 4.0 is the most of any league foe. The Patriot League recognized a total of 102 women's cross country student-athletes for their academic success during the fall.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must achieve a 3.2 grade-point average in the fall semester.
