Photo Day for Bucknell Fall Sports Teams

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Another mark that the fall sports season has nearly arrived occurred Wednesday as a number of Bucknell fall sports teams had their headshots and team photos taken. The Bison football, men's and women's soccer, men's water polo and volleyball squads had their team members pose for headshots that will appear throughout BucknellBison.com, in online media guides and other outlets.
The football, women's soccer and volleyball teams also had team photos taken, while men's water polo took time out of its first day of practice for its headshots.
The football squad started things off with a team photo at 10 a.m., while the volleyball team's session wrapped up the day at approximately 5:15 p.m.
It is now just nine days until the first athletic event of the fall as the women's soccer (vs. Towson) and volleyball (vs. St. Peter's) will be in action next Friday, Aug. 28. Field hockey, which had its headshots cancelled due to rain Wednesday afternoon, will also be in action that weekend in upstate New York.
