Bucknell Tennis Against Bloomsburg Canceled

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell's men's and women's tennis matches against Bloomsburg, scheduled for 4:30 p.m. at the Fieldhouse Courts, have been canceled due to inclement weather. The Bison will not reschedule the matches against the Huskies.
This contest was to be the men's team's last of the season (8-11). Bucknell, the No. 4 seed in the Patriot League Tournament, recently won its opening round match against Lehigh, 5-2, before being turned back in the semifinals by No. 1 seeded Navy, 4-0.
Bucknell's women's tennis team (14-6) now prepares for its run at a Patriot League championship, which is hosted by the Bison on the Fieldhouse Courts. Bucknell, the No. 2 seed, get an opening-round bye and play the winner of Friday's Lehigh/Lafayette matchup on Saturday, at 2 p.m.
