
Bucknell Men's Tennis Falls at Florida Gulf Coast, 5-2

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Florida Gulf Coast swept the three doubles matches and the top four singles tilts to turn back Bucknell 5-2 in men's tennis action on Tuesday. The Bison, who were coming off a 7-0 whitewash of Boston University a day earlier, got wins from Jonathan Brenner (Manhasset, N.Y./Chaminade) and Daniel Bednarek (Haworth, N.J./Bergen Catholic) but fell to 3-4 on the spring.
Brenner was a 7-5, 6-3 winner over Brazilian Radael Costa at No. 5 singles, while Bednarek won 6-1, 6-1 over Brad Henderson at No. 6.
The Bison will continue their Spring Break tour of Florida on Wednesday at Barry.
