Bucknell Women's Golf Washed Out at Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The Bucknell women's golf team was scheduled to play 36 holes on the first day of the Wolverine Invitational, hosted by the University of Michigan, but the first two rounds of play were rained out. The event will now be shortened to 18 holes, with play resuming on Sunday at 9 a.m.
Teams in the field include Bucknell, Detroit, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Michigan, Ferris State, Illinois State, Indiana State, Kennesaw State, Michigan, Minnesota, Oakland, SMU and Toledo.
Katie Jurenovich, Minjoo Lee, Leah Antkiewicz, Kelsey Meybin and Brittany Rendell are in the lineup for the Bison.
Bucknell also has a four-person contingent participating at the Nittany Lion Invitational at Penn State this weekend. Deirdre Moran, Alex Brown, Cynthia Iselin and Katsie Calhoun are on the Penn State Blue Course. The Bison are in 14th place after playing 36 holes on Saturday.
