LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell men's and women's cross country teams are set to run at the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh tomorrow, Sept. 28. The Bison are coming off a second-place finish for the men and close third-place finish for the women at the Western Ontario International Invitational on Sept. 22. Bucknell also notched second-place finishes for both the men and the women at the Juniata Invitational on Sept. 22.
According to head coach Kevin Donner, "The Paul Short Run at Lehigh is a very large race with some nationally ranked schools as well as many of the Mid-Atlantic regional schools. It will be our first major test of the season on the site of the Mid-Atlantic regional meet held in November. The course will run much faster than Western Ontario so it will be interesting to see how our athletes make the transition."
