Then in game two, Bucknell raced out in front, 14-2, and would never trail on the way to a 30-17 decision to take a 2-0 lead in the match.

In Bucknell's second match of the afternoon, the Bison battled back from a 5-0 deficit in game one and remained within striking distance of Stony Brook until the Seawolves strung together seven unanswered points and went on to take the opener, 30-21.
The Orange and Blue fell in game two by the same margin, 30-21, after never rebounding from a 6-1 deficit at the start of the frame.
