At William & Mary, Wilson coached an NCAA qualifier in the heptathlon, a regional qualifier in the pole vault, the 2007 ECAC champion in the heptathlon, in addition to several ECAC and IC4A qualifiers.
After receiving his degree in tourism with a minor in information systems from Virginia Commonwealth in 2002, Wilson served as an assistant coach with the VCU track and field team and went on to coach sprints, jumps, and throws at Oneonta State. Currently, Wilson is pursuing his master's degree at VCU in sports administration.

"I am very pleased to have Bobby Wilson as a member of our coaching staff," said head coach Kevin Donner, "He is a young and hungry coach who has had tremendous experience in both recruiting and coaching quality student-athletes at the College of William & Mary."
The Bucknell track and field team will open the indoor season at home in the Bison Opener on Dec. 1. The men are coming off a third-place finish at the 2007 Patriot League Indoor Championships and a second-place finish at the outdoor championships.
