Bucknell Baseball to Play Series at Mount St. Mary's this Saturday and Sunday

LEWISBURG, Pa. - In the latest update to the Bucknell baseball schedule for this Saturday and Sunday, Mar. 24-25, the Bison will travel to Emmitsburg, Md., for a weekend series against Mount St. Mary's. The Orange and Blue was originally scheduled to face Stony Brook, but will now instead play two doubleheaders, each beginning at 1 p.m., against the Mountaineers at Straw Family Stadium.

Bucknell is currently 5-9 on the year and will be looking to halt a three-game losing streak after winning two in a row against Fairfield and Northern Iowa in Bradenton, Fla., last week. Mount St. Mary's holds a record of 7-10 and is coming off a 3-1 setback to Georgetown.

Following the series, the Bison are slated for one more game before opening Patriot League play as the squad is scheduled to play host to Scranton next Wednesday, Mar. 28, at 3:30 p.m.
