Bucknell Places Most in Patriot League on Men's Lacrosse Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Fifteen members of the Bucknell men's lacrosse team were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced Tuesday. The Bison were one of just two teams (Lafayette) to place as many as 10 student-athletes on the Honor Roll.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and be awarded a varsity letter.
Nine of Bucknell's Honor Roll selections were also named to the University's Dean's List with GPAs of at least 3.50.
Elsewhere around the league, Lafayette had 11 Honor Roll members, while Colgate and Lehigh had eight apiece. Navy (6), Holy Cross (5) and Army (4) rounded out the list.
Overall, Bucknell paced the Patriot League with 215 total student-athletes earning positions on the Honor Roll in the 14 winter/spring sports the league recognizes.
