Bucknell Places 13 on Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Thirteen members of the Bucknell women's lacrosse team were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday. The Bison's total ranked third in the conference, just three behind American, which paced the league with 16 players cited.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and be awarded a varsity letter.
Among Bucknell's honorees with three players who earned perfect 4.0 GPAs last spring. Alex Hulme (Framingham, Mass./Framingham), Erin Weinstein (Stanfordville, N.Y./Deerfield Academy) and Shauna Weinstein (Stanfordville, N.Y./Deerfield Academy) was the trio to earn 4.0 GPAs for the Bison.
Elsewhere around the league, Colgate had 15 Honor Roll members, the second-best total in the conference. Lehigh (11), Holy Cross (10), Lafayette (7) and Villanova (7) rounded out the list.
Overall, Bucknell paced the Patriot League with 215 total student-athletes earning positions on the Honor Roll in the 14 winter/spring sports the league recognizes.
