Start Time, Television Information Announced for Bucknell BracketBusters Game at Northern Iowa

LEWISBURG, Pa. - ESPN on Tuesday announced the start times and network schedules for its 13 televised games that will be a part of "BracketBusters presented by eBay" on Feb. 17-18. Bucknell and No. 25 Northern Iowa will kick off a busy Saturday of action at noon Eastern (11 a.m. Central) on ESPN2.
Tickets for the Bucknell-Northern Iowa game, to be played at the UNI Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa, may be purchased through the Bucknell Ticket Office at the Weis Center, or by calling 570-577-1000.
The contest pits two of this year's highest-ranked mid-major teams. In Monday's CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Poll, Bucknell ranks No. 2 while Northern Iowa is No. 3. In the latest Ratings Percentage Index (RPI), Northern Iowa is ranked 15th, while the Bison are 42nd. Both teams have also received significant votes in the two major national polls all season, with the Panthers finally breaking into the top 25 for the first time last week. UNI is currently ranked 25th in the Associated Press Poll.
Bucknell, which was one of 26 teams selected for a televised BracketBusters game out of an original pool of 100 teams, is now 18-3 on the season and 9-0 in the Patriot League heading into Wednesday night's home game against American.
