Bucknell Women's Tennis Continues Competition at Invitational

West Point, N.Y. - The Bucknell women's tennis team continued its weekend-long competition at the Eastern Collegiate Invitational on Saturday.

The duo of Veronica Brown and Nada Curcic stayed alive in the tourney by picking up their second doubles win of the weekend. Brown and Curcic defeated the team of Mara Frisch and Anne Watkins of George Washington, 8-3.

The remaining Bison women, in their respective brackets of the tournament, either lost and remain in the consolation round or were defeated and bowed out of tournament action for the remainder of the weekend.
