Bucknell Women's Lax Places 21 of 29 Players on PL Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Bucknell women's lacrosse team not only enjoyed an outstanding 2004 spring season on the field, but the Bison also placed 21 of their 29 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. Only one other league school had more than nine.
While the women's lacrosse squad led the league in Honor Roll selections, Bucknell also topped the conference with 196 honorees on the 2004 winter/spring list. In order to be eligible, a student-athlete must garner at least a 3.20 grade-point average during the semester in which his/her sport competes.
Following Bucknell with 21 Honor Roll picks were American with 14, Holy Cross and Lafayette with nine each, Lehigh with five and Colgate and Villanova with four apiece. Following are Bucknell's women's lacrosse selections:
