The men's basketball team hosted an alumni game on Saturday, January 31, and more than a dozen former players came back to Lewisburg to lace up their sneakers and test their talents on the Sojka Pavilion hardwood.
The White team, led by Max Wetzel '99 (14 points) and Tom Welch '97 (12 points) prevailed in a down-to-the-wire affair, 67-62. Jake Ramage '01 led all scorers with 18 points for the Blue squad.
Following the game the Bison Club and the men's basketball program co-hosted a reception on the pavilion concourse for all in attendance.
The winning team included Kevin Wenk '96, Grant Tormey '89, Willie Callahan '99, Doug Allen '88, Kihlon Golden '96, Wetzel, Welch and assistant coach Bryan Goodman.
The Blue squad included head coach Pat Flannery '80, Ed Sigl '84, Dan Blankenship '03, Brian Muckle '00, Dave Steigerwald '96 and assistant coach Mark Prosser. Jack Webber '52 was in attendance but did not play.
