
Bucknell Men's Tennis Drops 5-2 Match at St. Bonaventure

OLEAN, N.Y. - The Bucknell men's tennis struggles continued as the squad dropped a 5-2 decision at St. Bonaventure on Saturday morning. The Bison have lost three-straight matches, and nine of ten to start the spring season.
Sophomore Joe Menezes and freshman Aaron Saperstein were BU's lone winners on the day, picking up singles victories. Menezes rallied after losing the first set, 6-1, to defeat Nikhil Murali 6-3, 6-4 in the next two for the win at number four.
Saperstein also dropped his first set, 6-3, against Sajeel Qureshi, but evened the match with a 7-6 (3) second set. The rookie earned the point at the sixth flight with a 10-6 super tie-breaker win in the third.
The men's tennis team is 1-9 overall. The Bison take on Buffalo at 1:00 p.m. today at St. Bonaventure.
