Bucknell Women's Water Polo Ends West Coast Trip With 9-5 Loss To Cal-Baptist

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Bucknell led 4-2 at halftime, but a tough Cal-Baptist team turned things up on defense, allowing the Bison women's water polo team only one goal in the second half as the Orange and Blue dropped a 9-5 decision to the nationally ranked team.
Sophomore Kelly Hofstetter led the way offensively with two goals, while junior Katie Stahler and freshmen Katie Hartigan and Cody Keffer added one goal a piece. Seniors Brooke Rea and Adrienne Schober were the team's leading helpers, handing out two assists each. Freshman Meg Blitzer added to her career totals with one assist.
Junior Lindsay Chesterfield recorded 10 saves in the event.
