Braden Snyder Named Athletic Communications Assistant

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Braden Snyder, formerly the sports information intern at Towson University, has been named Athletic Communications Assistant at Bucknell, Director of Athletic Communications Jon Terry announced.
In his new role at Bucknell, Snyder will be the primary media contact for several sports, including men's and women's track and field and cross country, volleyball, women's soccer, water polo and baseball.
A 2000 graduate of Lebanon Valley College, Snyder was a standout middle distance runner for the Flying Dutchmen's track and field team. A tri-captain and team MVP in 2000, he was also a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference All-Academic Teams for both cross country and track and field.
While at Lebanon Valley, Snyder worked as an assistant in the school's sports information office, and he also served as a sports correspondent at the Lebanon Daily News. He was also sports editor for La Vie Collegienne, Lebanon Valley's student newspaper.
Following graduation, the Martinsburg, Pa., native signed on at Towson, where he was the primary media contact for the Tigers' volleyball, women's basketball and women's lacrosse programs.
Snyder is single and resides in Lewisburg.
