Bucknell Drops Patriot League Contest To Lehigh

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) - Matt Logie scored 18 points including a perfect 4-for-4 3-pointers as Lehigh defeated Bucknell 86-74 on Saturday.
Alan Goff also scored 18 points including 12-for-12 free throws, Ed Lacayo had 12 points and Matt Crawford added 10 for Lehigh (9-10, 3-2 Patriot League).
Brian Bailey scored 23 points to lead four Bucknell scorers in double figures. Boakai Lalugba scored 15 points, Brian Werner had 14, and Dan Blankenship 13 for the Bison (10-10, 2-4).
Lehigh trailed only once during the game, on a pair of free throws by Bailey 7:59 into the game to put Bucknell up 13-11.
But a 10-2 run sparked by a jumper by Crawford put the Mountains up 21-13 lead with 7:51 left in the first half. And Lehigh went into the break ahead 36-29.
The Mountain Hawks went on a 13-2 run to open the second half to take their largest lead of the game, 15 points, on a pair of free throws by Goff. The Bison never got closer than seven points after that.
