Max Tillett joined the Bucknell Athletics and Recreation staff in January of 2025 as the intramural coordinator/late night, where he oversees Bison Rec intramural leagues, intramural rec student staff, and late-night tournaments.

An Elysburg, Pa., native, Tillett is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he obtained his BS in sports management and leadership. He did this while playing linebacker on the football team, winning a CAA championship with the team and helping the Wildcats earn a spot in the FCS playoffs.

With his sports management background, Tillett was able to intern with UNH athletics, gaining hands-on experience in the field. He then gained additional experience by becoming a program director for the YMCA.
