Katelyn Beauregard is set to begin her first season as an assistant coach on the Bucknell volleyball staff. She joins the Bison after spending the previous two seasons as an assistant at Albion College.
Beauregard has seen success at each of her two collegiate coaching stops, most notably with her two seasons at Springfield College when the Pride advanced to the NCAA Division III Sweet 16 in both 2015 and 2016. The team went 60-10 during those two seasons.
The Pride had some of the best statistical seasons in the country during Beauregard's two seasons as an assistant coach. The team led the nation in hitting percentage in 2015 and had a player lead the nation in blocks in 2016.
From there, Beauregard went to Albion, where she helped guide the Britons to a 31-27 overall record and a 13-11 MIAA mark in two seasons. In 2017 the team had three All-MIAA selections and then added four honorees in 2018.
Beauregard earned a B.A. in psychology from Salve Regina in 2015 and a M.Ed. in athletic counseling from Springfield in 2017. As a student-athlete at Salve Regina, she was a four-year starter, four-year academic all-conference award winner, three-year all-conference pick and two-year captain. Beauregard was named the Rhode Island Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women Distinguished Athlete of the Year as a senior.
