As a Freshman: Novice walk on racing in six seat of the novice 8+ crew against Rutgers during a fall scrimmage, then four seat at the Wahoo Henley at UVA’s home course. After the boat became starboard stroked, was then seven seat in the same novice boat at a UVA scrimmage, and was moved to five seat for a victory in a home race against Michigan and Rutgers novice/freshman crews. Remained five seat for a scrimmage against Hobart, at the GW invite, and at the Kerr Cup.
Before Bucknell: Played Tennis and Volleyball at Amity High School in Woodbridge, CT after moving there from New York City. Did not row until coming to Bucknell.
Personal Info: Son of Margaret Altemus and Gregory Davidek. Has a twin brother named Owen Davidek, who attends the Culinary Institute of America. Enrolled in the College of Engineering at Bucknell to study Environmental Engineering.
