Student-Athlete Advisory Committee
STUDENT-ATHLETE ADVISORY COMMITTEE (SAAC)
The Bucknell Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is a leadership organization whose members provide student-
athlete feedback and insights at the Athletic Department, campus, conference, and NCAA levels. Through their
collective efforts of communication, organization, and active participation, they strive to create an enhanced
student-athlete experience and connection to the greater community.
SAAC meets on select Tuesdays at 7 p.m. throughout the semester, with the Executive Board meeting on the
alternative weeks. SAAC reps have the opportunity for leadership development, in addition to supporting
initiatives to make the overall student-athlete experience at Bucknell more meaningful.
SAAC is advised by Eline Vermeulen, associate athletic director, student-athlete enrichment.
