Women's Tennis Lands Nine on 2025-26 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. — The Bucknell women's tennis team put together an impressive spring semester academically, combining for a 3.57 academic period grade-point average. On Wednesday, nine of the 10 Bison women were named to the Patriot League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll.
To be eligible for this honor, a student-athlete must have earned a minimum 3.20 GPA in the spring semester while participating in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports. Bucknell recorded a league-high 569 student-athletes out of a total of 3,900 honorees. The next-highest total was Lafayette's 472. Across all 27 varsity sports, Bison student-athletes averaged a 3.52 GPA in the 2026 spring semester.
Of the women's tennis team's nine Honor Roll members, six also made the Bucknell Dean's List with a GPA of 3.50 or better, led by senior Abby Platt who held a perfect 4.00. Seniors Platt and Mirra Manolov alongside sophomores Riley Jennings and Cameron King were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) All-District Team earlier this year and Platt was also named to the Patriot League Academic All-League Squad.
