Women's Tennis Announces 2026-27 Incoming Class

Lewisburg, Pa. — Women's tennis coach Tammy Cecchini and the Bucknell women's tennis team welcome two freshmen to the roster for the 2026-27 season: Jordan Lee and Isabella Massis.
"Jordan and Isabella both fit our team perfectly," said head coach Tammy Cecchini. "They both bring their own uniqueness that will make us better and stronger on the tennis court. We can't wait to see what they will do in the next four years."
The two newcomers hail from two different countries, as Jordan originates from New Jersey and Isabella comes to the Bison from Canada.

Jordan Lee
Basking Ridge, NJ | Ridge High School
Before Bucknell: Lettered four years in tennis; one year at Holmdel High School and three years at Ridge High School…played No. 1 singles for four consecutive years…NJSIAA Tennis 2024 All State Third Team…NJSIAA Tennis 2023 All State Second Team…3x Quarterfinalist in NJSIAA Tennis Individual State Tournament…1x Semifinalist in NJSIAA Tennis Individual State Tournament…3x Somerset County Finalist…1x Monmouth County Finalist…2022-2023 NJSIAA Team State Champions at Holmdel High School…2023-2024 NJSIAA Team State Champions at Ridge High School…led 2023-24 team to a 14-2 record…top-150 nationally in the class of 2026…ranked among the top seven players in New Jersey in the class of 2026 …2023 L2 Intersectional Team Tournament Winner…2x L3 Doubles Champion and 2x L4 Doubles Champion…2020 USTA Junior Sportsmanship Award…served as a captain at Ridge for 2025-26.
Personal: Jordan Lee…born August 27, 2008 in Long Branch, NJ…daughter of Tom and Betty Lee…has one sibling, Brandon.
Coach Cecchini on Jordan: "Jordan will be our first lefty in years. She's calm under pressure and has excellent shot placement."
Isabella Massis
Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada | Ridley College
Before Bucknell: Lettered in tennis in high school at Ridley College in Canada…led the team to a CISAA championship…played for her high school varsity team since eighth grade…won CISAA silver and bronze in singles competition…went undefeated in regular season singles play…Provincial Tournament Champion and finalist multiple times…competed at U17 Fisher Outdoor National Championship…OTA U18 Yonex Junior Outdoor & Indoor selection…served as high school team captain.
Personal: Isabella Florence Massis…born September 13, 2008 in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada…daughter of Margaret and Mike Massis…father played ice hockey at Mercyhurst…has one sibling; Loukas.
Coach Cecchini on Isabella: "Isabella is athletic. She moves effortlessly around the court and is a fierce attacker."
