Volleyball Places Ten Student Athletes on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa.- Bucknell volleyball had a historic year complete with individual and team accomplishments and was one point away from a regular season title. The team matched that on the court pace in the classroom. Head coach Tyler Hagstrom's crew collected a 3.47 team GPA and placed ten student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.Â
To be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade point average (GPA) in the fall semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's seven fall championship sports. Bucknell recorded a league-high 198 student-athletes out of a total of 1,336 honorees.
Among the Bison volleyball squad's ten Honor Roll members, seven also made the Bucknell Dean's List with a GPA of 3.50 or better, and two earned perfect 4.0s: Skye Battino and Jen Sivak. Jordan Hardy and Caleigh O'Connell were named to the 2024 All-Patriot League Academic Team.Three Bison, O'Connell, Tijana Kostic, and Riley Tucker were named to the CSC (College Sports Communicators) Academic All-District Team.Â
