Donner's Debriefing
"Obviously, it was not the team finish we were looking for. We knew coming in that second through seventh could be six schools in no particular order. We moved into fourth place by the four mile mark and usually the last mile has been our strength as a team, however we had a little breakdown today which cost us a couple of team places. We will rebound off of this with the regionals in 13 days. I was very impressed with first-year Ethan Pratt-Perez who ran great and made the All-League Team. He is developing nicely and is running with confidence right now."
Ethan Pratt-Perez crowned his successful freshman year with a 14th place finish. His time of 24:11.9 earned him Second Team All-Patriot League, the first Bison to do since Evan Minor in the 2020-21 spring season.Â
Senior Grayson Crockett finished his Patriot League career by grabbing 31st place with a time of 24:46.2. He started at 36th and steadily improved as the race ventured on.Â
Junior Henry Didden ducked into the top 40 with a placement of 36th. His time of 24:56.0 moved him up from his original mile mark of 44th.
Senior Ben Santos's time of 25:00.1 helped the cause by finishing 40th. Santos reached a high water mark of 26th before fading late in the meet.Â
Senior Harry Marson rounded out the Bison scorers by placing 41st. A time of 25:03.2 unlocked the finish. Marson stood at 11th after one mile but slipped down the rankings.Â
Bucknell returns to action on Nov. 15 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals hosted by Penn State.Â
