Bucknell Women's Cross Country Set to Open Season at Home on Friday

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell University women's cross country team is set to compete for the first time in the 2022 season on Friday at 6 p.m. for the Bison Open.
- The Bison will return home for the first time since it opened the 2022 slate in Lewisburg, earning the team title against Lafayette.
- Friday's race will feature a 3900-meter course on Bucknell's West Fields, with Ally Clarke the highest-finishing returner who is slated to compete after finishing sixth. Abby Paczewski, Keeley Misutka, Sarah Policano, and Kate Amaddio, all followed behind Clarke as Bucknell took spots 4-10 at the meet.
- Lafayette, American, and Loyola (Md.) are all scheduled to compete against the Bison on Friday, who will also have one more home meet in the week leading up to the 2022 Patriot League Championships.
- Bucknell will host the Patriot League Championships for the first time since 2018 this season, where Bucknell took home the championship in rainy conditions.
- After Friday's race, the Bison will travel to New York to take part in the Siena Invite on Saturday, September 10.
