About the Bison
• Bucknell plays one more non-conference match at Temple on Saturday before hosting the Navy Midshipmen in Lewisburg on Sunday. It's the second-to-last weekend of the regular season for the Bison. Bucknell will also be honoring the careers of seniors Cayla Koch, Sofia Ayuso and Rachel Carroll on Sunday.
• Bucknell captured its second Patriot League win of the season on Sunday by defeating the Loyola Greyhounds 6-1 at home. Bucknell narrowly fell 4-3 to Army on Friday and now sport a 3-2 overall record.
• Koch had a fantastic weekend for Bucknell, winning both of her No. 2 singles matches and finishing 1-1 in doubles. Koch is undefeated in singles play this spring at 5-0. She's also 3-2 in doubles.
• Also with three doubles victories is junior Daniela Bellini, who teamed up with Koch on Sunday to win at No. 1. Bellini also won at No. 1 singles on Sunday and is 3-1 in that spot this spring.
• Bison rookies Laurel Utterback and Tyne Miller both went 2-0 in singles play over the weekend. They both have three wins on the season. Meanwhile, fellow rookie Kate Novak earned her first two doubles victories by winning on both days at No. 3 with Utterback.
• Ayuso collected her first singles victory of the season by winning 6-4, 6-1 at No. 4 against the Greyhounds.
• On Wednesday, Koch was named the Patriot League Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the second time in her career. Koch currently ranks 16th in program history with 98 combined singles and doubles victories.
Scouting the Owls/Series History
• Temple has lost just two of 10 matches this spring. Most recently, the Owls defeated La Salle 7-0 on Saturday after falling 6-1 to Tulsa on April 7. Temple will also face Penn and Fordham this week before hosting the Bison.
• The Owls have started four different doubles combinations on court one. Cecilia Castelli and Oyku Boz played in the No. 1 spot in the most recent match and won 6-3 over La Salle.
• Rookie Vineetha Mummadi has started all but one match at No. 1 singles and is 8-1 this season.
Scouting the Midshipmen/Series History
• Navy is 3-2 overall with a 1-1 league record. The Mids fell 5-2 to Army before winning 6-1 against Lehigh on Saturday. The Mountain Hawks also have wins over George Washington and Towson.
• Junior Kacey Moore and sophomore Jillian Taggart have both made starts at No. 1 singles and both have one win. Moore played at No. 1 in the most recent match against the Mountain Hawks, winning in three sets.
• The Mids have also tried out three different court one doubles combinations. Juniors Katreina Corpuz and Meghana Komarraju have a team-best 2-0 record in the top position.
• Navy leads the all-time series with Bucknell, 13-2. Bucknell's last win in the series was back in 2010.

• The Bison still have two regular season matches on the schedule against IUP and St. Bonaventure. Bucknell will host IUP on Friday, April 23 before visiting the Bonnies the following day.
