Part 1: Checking in With Coaches

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Each week throughout the spring, we are going to check in with a group of coaches to find out more about their programs and how they have handled this unusual set of circumstances. Senior associate director of athletics Todd Newcomb '88 will moderate a video chat with four coaches at a time.

In our first installment, we meet with four of our newest head coaches: Lisa Francisco (women's golf), Tammy Cecchini (women's tennis), Tyler Hagstrom (volleyball) and Jackie Dando (women's lacrosse). Francisco is the veteran of the group with four seasons under her belt at Bucknell. Each of the others are in their first year, and in the case of Hagstrom, he was only a few days into his tenure as the new volleyball head coach when students were sent home for the semester.
