Softball Earns Academic Honors from NFCA

The Team and Seven Players Received Academic Awards
LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell softball was recently named an Easton/NFCA Academic Team and had seven players earn Scholar-Athlete recognition by the NFCA.
The Bison earned the team academic award for posting a GPA of 3.360 during the 2017-18 academic year.
Individually, Celina Antonellis, Julienne Egofske, Anna Gimmestad, Jess Hom, Taylor Langtry, Halie Mariano, and Maddie Minneci earned academic honors. Antonellis, who recently graduated with a double major in English-creative writing and political science, posted a perfect 4.0 GPA during her four years at Bucknell.
Hom had the highest GPA last season of the players on the current roster. She had a 3.95 GPA last year, including a 4.0 during the fall semester.
