About the Bison/Last Time Out
* The Bison are back in action after competing at the Bucknell Tune-Up at Gerhard Fieldhouse.
* At the final meet before the league championships, the Bison won eight events.
* Will Carter won the 60-meter and 200m races, earning Patriot League Male Track Athlete of the Week honors.
* CJ Falcioni won the weight throw at the meet, earning Patriot League Male Rookie of the Week accolades.
* Jacob Ashkettle (400m), Jordan Jackson (1,000m), Nicholas Lombardo (high jump), Matthew Fay (pole vault) and Steve Bolger (long jump) each won their respective event.
* Joseph Breen set the program record in the shot put, recording a toss of 56-7 ¼, breaking the previous mark of 55-8 ¼ set by Luke Webster in 2013. He was named Bison Athlete of the Week.
* Bucknell ranks in the top-five of the Patriot League in 13 events.
* The Bison were picked fourth in the Patriot League Preseason Poll.
* Bucknell ranks 11th in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

- "We seem a bit better than we were in 2016," says Donner. "Army and Navy look to have a good battle for the championship with us and Boston looks like a dark horse. 170 points could win the meet which would be one of the lowest point-totals for the winner in a while. Lehigh is better as well, so there is a little more parity in the league."
Patriot League Indoor Championships History
* Bucknell is looking to capture its first indoor title since 2012. The Bison have claimed four PL indoor titles in program history (1991-93, 2012).
* The Bison finished fourth in the nine-team field last season.
* Lombardo earned Second Team All-Patriot League honors with runner-up finishes in the high jump and long jump.
* The All-Patriot League teams are determined by the results from the championship meet, with the winners in each event, including the relays, earning First Team honors and the second-place finishers taking home Second Team accolades.
