LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell wrestling team held its annual intrasquad match Thursday evening inside Davis Gym. Below are the results from the match, which was won by the Blue team by a 33-7 score.
The Bison open their 2015-16 season next Friday, Nov. 6, with a home match vs. Lehigh in Sojka Pavilion. Start time is 7 p.m. and the match will air live on the Patriot League Network. Admission is free.
Bucknell set a school record with 15 wins last year. The Bison return four NCAA qualifiers (Paul Petrov, Tyler Smith, Tom Sleigh, Joe Stolfi) from that team that placed third at the EIWA Championships and was ranked in the top 25 for nine weeks.
