LEWISBURG, Pa. - The spring edition of Bison Magazine, a feature-heavy video piece on Bison Vision, is now available for viewing. Included in the final of three shows produced in 2011-12 are features on the Bison Club Senior Recognition Dinner, softball's Alex MacLean's involvement with the Angel 34 Foundation and track & field's Leonard Joseph's unique path to Bucknell.
The approximately 16-minute Bison Magazine video piece is available to be viewed free of charge by clicking on the link at the top of this release, the front page of BucknellBison.com, or through the Bison Vision All-Access player.
The first segment focuses on the Bison Club Senior Recognition Dinner, which was held for the 51st consecutive year earlier this month. The dinner and awards ceremony caps off the year and recognizes many of the senior student-athletes for their wonderful accomplishments during their time at Bucknell.
Softball pitcher MacLean and her involvement with the Angel 34 Foundation is the subject of the second piece. MacLean has spent recent summers volunteering with the Angel 34 Foundation, which is an organization dedicated to bringing hope and opportunities to those with childhood cancer.
A segment on NCAA-bound hammer thrower Joseph caps Bison Magazine. Viewers will learn about Joseph's unique journey to Bucknell as they see clips of him at practice and throughout campus.
