Bucknell Baseball to Play Towson in Doubleheader on Wednesday

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Tuesday's weather caused the Bucknell baseball team to cancel its scheduled doubleheader against St. Bonaventure, but the Bison will be getting one of those games back as they are now slated to host Towson in a doubleheader on Wednesday at Depew Field starting at 2:15 p.m. Bucknell was originally scheduled to square off against the Tigers in a single game.
The Bison are 12-25 all-time against Towson, but posted a 12-3 road win last April thanks to five home runs. The last two times the teams were scheduled to play at Depew Field (2007, 2009), the games were canceled because of weather.
Bucknell is 16-22 overall this year and 4-8 in Patriot League play. The Tigers are 15-19-1 overall and 9-9 against Colonial Athletic Association foes.
