Bucknell Wrestlers Kevin LeValley and Shane Riccio Featured on Takedown Radio

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Bucknell wrestlers Kevin LeValley (Hugo, Colo./Limon) and Shane Riccio (Warren, N.J./Watchung Hills) were featured on Takedown Radio this week. The two Bison veterans were interviewed by Takedown Radio's Scott Casber in segments that are posted on Intermatwrestle.com.
In addition to the audio interviews, LeValley was named the Takedown Radio and Television Wrestler of the Week. He was featured on this week's edition of Takedown Radio and Television. LeValley, a junior, recently broke the Bucknell single-season wins record with his 34th victory of the season. He is ranked No. 7 nationally at 149 pounds and is 34-5 on the year. He owns an eight-match winning streak and has claimed his last five matches by a combined 61-0 score.
Riccio saw a six-match winning streak come to an end this past Friday at George Mason, but is still an impressive 29-8 this season. He is ranked No. 15 nationally at 174 pounds and is eyeing his third consecutive NCAA berth this March. Riccio is one of three current Bison seniors that have surpassed 100 career wins this year. He is currently ranked fifth on the Bucknell career wins list with 104.
Bucknell (11-6, 5-0 EIWA) will close out the dual portion of its schedule this Saturday, Feb. 20, against American. The match is slated for 2 p.m. in Davis Gym. Prior to the match, Riccio and his classmates David Marble and Andy Rendos will be honored as part of Senior Day festivities.
