Bucknell Ties for Most in Patriot League on Men's Track and Field Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell men's track and field team placed 26 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, it was announced by the league office Monday. The 26 Honor Roll members tied Army for the most by any of the league's men's track and field teams.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and be awarded a varsity letter.
Among the 26 honorees for the Bison was senior Travis Rivers. The Wattsfield, Vt., native was one of just six men's track and field student-athletes to post 4.0 grade-point averages.
Elsewhere around the league, Navy had 16 Honor Roll members, American, Lafayette and Lehigh had 13 each, while Holy Cross had 10 and Colgate one. One-hundred and eighteen members of the league's men's track and field teams were named to the Honor Roll.
Bucknell paced the Patriot League with 199 total student-athletes earning positions on the Honor Roll.
