Bison Softball Games for Tuesday Cancelled

ORLANDO, Fla. - While Bucknell's hometown of Lewisburg was getting a snow storm, the Bison softball team experienced weather issues of its own, having both of its games at the Rebel Spring Games in Orlando, Fla., on Tuesday, March 16, cancelled due to rain.
The Bison were scheduled to play IUPUI and Dayton on their second day of competition, but a steady rainfall put the tournament on hold for the day. The games will not be rescheduled.
BU opened the eight-game week with a 4-1 win over Vermont and a 5-1 decision against Wagner on Monday, March 15. The Orange and Blue will be in action next on Thurdsay, March 18, when they face Fordham at 12:30 p.m. and Fairfield at 4:10 p.m.
Bucknell is 2-1 overall.
