Bison Roundup To Take On New Look In 2003-04

LEWISBURG, PA - The Bison Club's athletics booster newsletter, the Bison Roundup, will have a new look beginning with the 2003-2004 fall sports campaign. The publication, which goes out to all alums, friends and supporters of the Bucknell athletics program who donate at least $100.00 to the Bison Club, will be changing to a quarterly format, with editions printing in late September, December, March and June. The Roundup had previously gone out to supporters every week in the fall, and then once every other week in the winter and spring.
"We are very excited about this change," commented Todd Newcomb, Director of the Bison Club. "Our new publication will be very feature-oriented and will allow us to present our supporters with what they've been requesting. With web site technology as advanced as it is today, the majority of our fans go to bucknellbison.com and get event stories and scores often times on the very same day! Now we can provide a much more timely piece that will include information that you will not be able to find on the web site."
Each edition of the new Roundup will be 12-16 pages and will include features on current student-athletes, former student-athletes, a current coach, a Bison Club update, a compliance update, a calendar of events, and more.
