Bucknell's Breean Trapasso Named Player Of The Week for Volleyball

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Bucknell's junior setter, Breean Trapasso (North Tonawanda, N.Y./North Tonawanda) was named Patriot League Player of the Week on Monday, Sept. 16. Trapasso helped the Bison to a 2-2 record for the week of Sept. 9.
Trapasso had her best outing last week in a 3-1 loss to LaSalle at the Bucknell Bull Run Inn-vitational with 51 assists, 10 digs and three service aces.
Trapasso, who along with teammate Chelsea Anderson were named to the All-Tournament team, also posted a double-double with 28 assists and 10 digs against Albany in the tournament.
On the week, Trapasso averaged 10.8 assists, 2.4 digs and 0.53 aces.
The Bison return to the gym to prepare for next weekend when they host Morgan State University and Central Connecticut University in Davis Gym. The day begins with the match between Bucknell and Morgan State at 11:00 am. The Bison will then play again at 3:30 against Central Connecticut.
