Bucknell Softball Home-Opener Postponed Until Further Notice

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell softball double-header against Delaware, scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, has been postponed due to the impending inclement weather and poor field conditions.
The Bison, 3-7 after their spring break trip to the Rebel Softball Classic in Orlando, Fla., were slated to open the home ledger against the Fightin' Blue Hens at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Bucknell's first home game of the season will now be Saturday, March 30, when the Orange and Blue host Patriot League rival Army for a two-game set. Opening pitch is set for 1:00 p.m. BU will host the Black Knights for the final two of a four-game series on Sunday, March 31, at 12:00 noon.
No make-up date has been determined for the Bucknell against Delaware contest.
