A starter in every basketball game and all but two softball games during her Bucknell career, Stacey Spitko Reeder set school records and earned Academic All-America honors in both sports. One of the leading women's basketball scorers in Bucknell history with 1,220 points, she broke the school and East Coast Conference career assist marks with 661. Spitko Reeder started all 111 games in her career, led the ECC in assists for three straight years, was a second team Academic All-American in 1987, and played on teams that posted the two best records in Bucknell history to that point. In softball, she batted .407 in 1988, set 14 school records and received All-ECC recognition as an outfielder in 1988. A graduate of Parkland High School in Orefield, Pa., Spitko Reeder also won ECC Scholar-Athlete honors and was a First Team Academic All-American in 1987 and 1988.Â
