A three-year starter at point guard on Bucknell basketball teams that posted a combined 58-31 record, Chris Seneca was the MVP in the 1987 East Coast Conference Tournament after leading the Bison to the championship and the school's first-ever NCAA Tournament berth, opposite Georgetown. A two-time All-ECC first team selection, Seneca set school season and career assist records and graduated as the 10th-leading scorer in school history with 1,082 points. The career leader with 6.1 assists per game, he started every contest for three straight years and was the first player in Bucknell history to finish his career with over 500 assists and 1,000 points. A Pittsburgh native, Seneca was named to the ECC All-Rookie Team in 1985 after helping lead Bucknell to a 19-10 record and a spot in the ECC Tournament final. He co-captained the 1987 team that was 22-9, then the third-highest win total in school history.
