Dear Bison Nation,
Hello, and happy spring! I hope this finds you well and in good spirits. Things are buzzing on campus as we speed towards graduation and I know you all join me in congratulating both Emma and Tai on this huge accomplishment. They have been impactful members of our team as outstanding students, statistical contributors, and dependable teammates. We are excited to watch their continued success in the years to come.Â
In recruiting news, we are looking forward to finalizing next year’s roster by adding talented players from the transfer portal, in addition to our two high school commits. We will fill you in with more details as we finalize the class but I will say, the strength of the Bucknell brand has allowed us to be involved with several strong student-athletes. We will have more information to share in the coming weeks.
In addition to our work in the portal, we are coming off of the first ‘live’ recruiting period. Our staff spent time at multiple events in multiple states working to identify future Bison. We are looking to bring in three or four members from the 2024 high school class. With one commitment in hand, we look forward to hosting visits over the next couple of months.
Fast forward to mid-June and our players will be returning for summer workouts. It will be our first look at our roster additions as we begin the long process of building team chemistry. In addition to our on-court training, strength and conditioning work, and academic focus, we will get into the Lewisburg community for some service projects and find ways to grow together with team-building activities. If you happen to be in the area, we would love for you to stop in and catch a workout.
Let me leave you with a heartfelt thank you for your continued support. It was a challenging season with some unforeseen changes but your commitment will ensure the future of the program remains strong. I look forward to our next chance to connect.

Go Bison!
