Description:
A 16-team (eight men and eight women's teams) tournament held annually for all but the men's and women's final contest (which is played at the top seeded institutional site). The event features a banquet, press conferences, 12 basketball games plus two championship contests held at the highest remaining seed, various meal functions and hospitality events. In attendance will be fans, alumni, families and athletes involved in some way with one of the eight participating institutions.
